DirecTV Accuses Disney of Negotiating In Bad Faith As Blackout Continues

DirecTV has filed a complaint with the FCC against Disney, accusing the company of not negotiating in good faith in the midst of an ongoing blackout of Disney-owned stations. The complaint alleges that Disney is imposing unlawful bundling and other anti-competitive actions.
